Super Visa Insurance

For faster family reunification, Citizenship and Immigration Canada has introduced Super Visas for parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents in Canada, who want to visit their families in Canada for longer periods, without having to renew their status.

A Super Visa, generally expected to be issued within eight weeks of Application, allows holders to stay in Canada for up to 5 years at a time. It also allows multiple entries over a span of up to 10 years.

Applicants are mandatorily required to purchase private Canadian medical insurance valid for at least one year, for a minimum of $100,000/- coverage.

In case the Super Visa is denied, the Travel Insurance premium is 100% refundable.
